I visited M Kami Japanese Head Spa after my sister booked a premium head spa experience for us. My first visit didn’t fully meet expectations, but what truly stood out was how professionally and respectfully the team handled the feedback. I felt genuinely listened to and cared for. I returned for another session and the experience was outstanding. The therapist was incredibly gentle with my very thin -fragile, curly hair while still applying firm, deeply relaxing massage pressure. I felt relaxed the entire time and completely at ease. Subtle aromatherapy added to the experience. My hair was lightly styled afterwards which I absolutely loved. When I left, my scalp felt incredibly clean and my hair felt fresh, soft, and weightless ~ a feeling I would gladly come back for. It’s rare to see a business take feedback so seriously and ensure a client leaves feeling confident and happy. All of the staff members I have come in contact with have been genuinely kind, attentive and respectful.My second experience exceeded expectations and I would happily recommend them.

Wow wow wow my first time and I could not be more happier it was invigorating and peaceful that I even went to sleep, from the moment I arrived I was greeted and made to feel so welcome it was a peaceful environment from the moment I walked in!! My therapist Ayumi was so nice and made the whole experience something I will never forget, definitely coming again when I’m back in Docklands!! First visit to Melbourne and first time having a Japanese Head Spa. The service and treatment well exceeded my expectations and has been the highlight of my trip. I have seen these on IG for years and am so glad I finally got to try it. The staff are exceptional, rooms are very clean and cozy, the therapists make you feel very comfortable. I chose the 70 minute head spa and honestly wished I had booked the 90 minutes... If you are on the fence, I highly recommend booking and trying M Kami Japanese Head Spa.
